Robot Assisted Laparoscopic Surgery for Aortoiliac Disease; a systematic review

چکیده
1.1 Methods A computerized search was conducted in the medical databases Medline (from January 2000 to July 2007), Embase (from January 2000 to July 2007) and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews. Operative times, ICU-stay, clamping time, blood loss, anastomosis time, time to resume to solids, hospital stay, mortality and conversion rates were described. Experimental studies reporting on the creation of an aortic anastomosis with the robotic system were included.

Mid-term results of robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery for aortoiliac occlusive disease.
The aim of this study was to evaluate middle-term clinical results of robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery (RALS) to treat aortoiliac occlusive disease (AIOD). Between 2002 and 2007, 28 consecutive patients received robot-assisted laparoscopic aortobifemoral bypass grafting (n = 24) or aortoiliac endarterectomy (n = 4). Patients were followed prospectively. RALS could be completed successfully i...
متن کاملRobot Assisted Aorto - femoral Bypass
Laparoscopic vascular surgery has not been widely embraced by vascular surgeons because of the specific technical skills needed in performing vascular anastomosis. Robot assisted vascular surgery has shown the possibility to overcome several limitations of laparoscopic vascular surgery in previous studies. We report two cases of robot assisted aortofemoral bypass grafting for aortoiliac occlusi...
متن کاملTotally laparoscopic aortobifemoral bypass surgery in the treatment of aortoiliac occlusive disease or abdominal aortic aneurysms – a systematic review and critical appraisal of literature
PURPOSE This systematic review aims to evaluate the published literature regarding totally laparoscopic aortobifemoral bypass (LABF) surgery in the treatment of aortoiliac occlusive disease (AIOD) or abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA), compared with open aortobifemoral bypass surgery. MATERIALS AND METHODS A systematic review of the medical literature between 1990 and 2016 was performed, search...
متن کاملRobot-assisted laparoscopic surgery versus conventional laparoscopic surgery in randomized controlled trials: A systematic review and meta-analysis
IMPORTANCE This review provides a comprehensive comparison of treatment outcomes between robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery (RLS) and conventional laparoscopic surgery (CLS) based on randomly-controlled trials (RCTs). OBJECTIVES We employed RCTs to provide a systematic review that will enable the relevant community to weigh the effectiveness and efficacy of surgical robotics in controversial...
متن کاملRobot-assisted laparoscopic liver resection: a systematic review and pooled analysis of minor and major hepatectomies.
BACKGROUND Robotic surgery has been introduced to overcome the limitations of conventional laparoscopy. A systematic review and meta-analysis were performed to assess the safety and feasibility for three subgroups of robot-assisted laparoscopic liver resection: (i) minor resections of easily accessible segments: 2/3, 4B, 5, 6, (ii) minor resections of difficult located segments: 1, 4A, 7, 8 and...
